Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in team leadership and performance management
- Experience in sales, education, or advisory environments preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Experience in recruitment and training is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Drive performance by leading, coaching, and developing a team of academic or sales advisors
- Run structured team sessions to review results, address gaps, and align on priorities
- Cultivate a high-engagement culture through recognition, feedback, and team initiatives
- Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous training to strengthen team capability
Strategy & Execution
- Translate institutional goals into clear, actionable plans for recruitment and retention
- Identify performance gaps and implement targeted improvement strategies
- Leverage data insights to guide decisions and optimize team output
Operations & CRM Oversight
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Maintain CRM accuracy, usage discipline, and reporting integrity
- Monitor team productivity, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate operational logistics and site requirements with internal teams
Performance & Reporting
- Deliver regular reports, forecasts, and performance insights
- Track KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of targets
- Assess team engagement and workplace climate
- Identify risks and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement
Communication & Representation
- Serve as the branch-level representative for internal and external engagements
- Cascade key updates, directives, and goals with clarity and consistency
- Represent the organization in events, fairs, and stakeholder interactions
- Maintain professional communication across all channels and platforms
